On February 7, the RA National Assembly continued the work of the regular four-day sittings. The parliament by voting passed the bills debated on the previous day, after which continued debating in the first reading the legislative package on Amending the RA law on Accumulative Pensions, on Amending the RA law on Investment Funds and on Amending the RA Civil Code. The Chair of the NA Standing Committee on Social Affairs Hakob Hakobyan presented the endorsement of the Committee.

Afterwards the legislative package on Housing Mortgage Lending, on Amending the RA Law on Consumer Lending, on Amending the RA Law on Banks, Credit Institutions, Investment Companies, Managers of Investment Funds and Bankruptcy of Insurance Companies, on Amending the RA Law on Public Auction and on Amending the RA Civil Procedure Code submitted by the Deputy Chairman of the RA Central Bank Nerses Yeritsyan, was debated in the first reading.

The member of the NA Standing Committee on Financial Credit and Budgetary Affairs Gagik Melikyan noted that the package had been debated in detail and recommendations were voiced.

The legislative package on Amending the RA Law on the RA Citizenship and on Amending the RA Code on Administrative Infringements was debated in the second reading.

Four agreements submitted by the Deputy Chairman of the RA Central Bank Nerses Yeritsyan, the RA Deputy Minister of Finance Armen Hayrapetyan and RA First Deputy Minister of Nature Protection Simon Papyan were debated.

The member of the NA Standing Committee on Foreign Relations Shirak Torosyan and the member of the NA Standing Committee on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs Gagik Melikyan presented the endorsements of the Committees on the agreements.

The last hour of the sittings, according to Paragraph 3 of Article 35 of RA Law the Rules of Procedure, was allotted to the deputies’ announcements.
